Refund & Cancellation

At Upstaq, we want to ensure a smooth and transparent experience when purchasing digital products. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

• All items sold on Upstaq are digital downloads (templates, courses, software, etc.).

• Once a product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, it cannot be “returned” like a physical product.

2. Refunds

• All sales are final. We do not provide refunds once a digital product has been purchased and delivered.

• Exceptions may be made only if:

  • The file is corrupted or defective.

  • The product is not as described on our website.

• To request a refund under these conditions, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

3. Cancellations

• Since delivery is instant, orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed.

• If you made a duplicate purchase or experienced a technical error, contact our support team immediately. We will review the case and assist where possible.

4. Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges between different digital products. Each purchase is final.
